Job Description

Job Summary

Must possess expertise in JD Edwards Sales Order Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, Advanced Pricing, Customer Master, Supplier Master, and EDI processes.
Analyze existing business processes and perform fit-gap analysis to align business requirements with JD Edwards standard functionality.
Configure and support Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Processing, Pricing, Customer Service, and Procurement processes.
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.
Support data migration activities including customer, supplier, item, pricing, sales, and purchasing transactions.
Perform conference room pilots, system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Collaborate with EDI and integration teams for customer and supplier transaction processing.
Deliver user training, process documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization.
Must have experience in troubleshooting complex Order Management and Procurement business scenarios.
Experience in automotive, manufacturing, and EDI-driven supply chain environments will be a strong advantage.
