Functional Knowledge & Preferred skill

Sales, Returns, Inventory, Payments, Loyalty, Pricing & Promotions, Omnichannel Retail.

• Experience with end-to-end D365 Commerce implementations.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Knowledge of Commerce Scale Unit (CSU) and Commerce deployment processes.
• Experience working with global retail organizations.
