Key Responsibilities

• 
  Team Leadership & Motivation: Inspire and guide the project team, assigning tasks based on individual strengths and fostering a collaborative, high-trust work environment.
• Roadmap & Execution: Translate high-level project goals into detailed plans, including timelines, task sequencing, and resource allocation.
• Blocker Removal: Act as the first point of contact for the team to identify and resolve technical or operational "blockers" before they impact the schedule.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the bridge between the team and upper management, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and performance metrics.
• Quality Control: Establish quality standards and review all team deliverables to ensure they meet stakeholder requirements and industry best practices.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks—such as scope creep or resource constraints—and implement mitigation strategies early.
• Budget & Resource Tracking: Monitor the project budget and resource utilization, ensuring costs are controlled and workloads are balanced to prevent burnout.
• Planning & Scheduling: Develops detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines using tools like Microsoft Project or Gantt
• Risk Management: Identifies potential bottlenecks and implements mitigation and contingency plans
• Conflict Resolution: Actively addresses interpersonal issues within the team to maintain high performance.
• Experience: 3–4 years of Project management experience.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, persuasive communication, and decision-making under uncertainty.
• Adaptability: Ability to adjust leadership styles to meet evolving team needs.

• Experience: Min of 6+ years’ experience with at least 2–3 years of Project management experience.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, persuasive communication, and decision-making under uncertainty.
