Rean is expanding its team and inviting passionate & growth-orientated professionals for the position of Project Lead of Water Supply Projects.

Job Summary:

Lead planning and execution of water supply projects across the Eastern Zone, ensuring timely delivery, quality, cost control, and compliance with technical and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of water supply projects
• Oversee design, construction, testing, and commissioning
• Coordinate with government bodies, consultants, and contractors
• Monitor progress, budget, quality, and safety
• Handle contracts, variations, and risk mitigation
• Lead and mentor zonal project teams

Qualification:

• Minimum - B.E./B.Tech in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Environmental Engineering.
• Strong leadership and project management skills

Experience:

10+ years in infrastructure/water sector. At least 5+ years of Experience in Leadership role.
