Job Description

Responsible for executing civil and structural projects within defined scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring quality standards and compliance with engineering codes. The role involves managing engineering, construction, vendor development, and stakeholder coordination to deliver projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute projects as per scope, schedule, and budget.
Maintain quality standards during project execution.
Prepare/review project proposals, layouts, and estimations.
Review consultant documents and release IFC drawings for construction.
Conduct technical bid analysis and approve purchase requisitions.
Coordinate with site teams for quality control and progress monitoring.
Manage vendor development and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health regulations.
Provide CAPEX details and manage civil contracts.

Required Competencies:

Leadership, Critical Thinking, Decision Making.
Project Monitoring & Control, Risk Management.
Knowledge of Engineering Codes & Standards.
Planning & Strategic Thinking, Change Order Management.
Preferred certification in Project Management.
1518 years of experience in EPCM and industrial projects (8–10 years in construction management).

Tools & Software:

MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS Office.
