Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Project Head - Interiors. The Project Head - Interiors will be responsible for overseeing the interior design process from concept to completion, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors, ensuring the functionality and aesthetics of the designs, and leading a team of designers and architects to deliver exceptional interior spaces.

Required Qualification and Skills:

- B.E.,Civil.,

- Must be having 15 + Yrs experience in the Interior field.

- Must be having the Interior projects execution skills and BOQ skills.

- Interior execution team handling skills and Client coordination skills.

- Experience in working with and leading a team of Interior project managers / engineers.

- Familiarity with Carpenter team sourcing and coordination skills, Understanding of fall ceiling works, Interior bedrooms, wardrobes and TV unit fixing skills.

- Quality control techniques and experiences.

- Familiarity with the Drawings and Scheduling of Projects.

- Decision making skills and sound knoweldge in Interiors.

- Experience with AutoCAD and other relevant software a plus.

-Fluency in English and Tamil.

-Ready to travel.
