Job Description

Work closely with the Design teams, Retail teams, external agencies like architects, contractors, vendors, laborers etc to deliver a world-class retail showroom for our premium Brands.
Closely monitor and oversee every assigned retail fit-out project across India.
Plan and schedule the activities required to complete the project within the given cost and time constraints.
Ensure compliance with Statutory, Safety, and other relevant requirements.
Ensure contractors/franchisees comply with specifications regarding materials, workmanship, and finishes.
Serve as a single point of contact for all matters pertaining to the fit-out works for RND business development, projects, brand, and retail operations group.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

Education:
BE in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
3-4 years of experience in executing retail projects.
Exposure to interior works for Luxury/premium brands will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable.
Soft Skills:
Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
Other:
Willingness to travel.
