Location: Calicut, Kerala

Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and construction materials? We’re looking for a Project Estimator to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

Analyze architectural drawings and specifications to prepare accurate project cost estimates.
Use industry knowledge to assess material, labor, and time requirements.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure budget alignment.
Prepare and manage bid proposals and cost tracking documentation.
Assist in value engineering to optimize project budgets.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in estimating or related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Strong understanding of engineering materials, construction methods, and market pricing.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Nice to Have:

Background in architecture, civil engineering, or construction management.
