Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage interior works projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track expenses against budgeted amounts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in corporate interiors or commercial projects turnkey project management.
Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
