Job Description

Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets and execution plans
Coordinate between architects, consultants, contractors and internal teams
Monitor project progress, manage risks and ensure timely problem resolution
Oversee procurement of materials and ensure alignment with design and quality requirements
Drive adherence to safety, quality and environmental standards across all phases
Support client interactions, providing updates and addressing queries professionally
Lead project handover process, ensuring all documentation and snag rectifications are complete

Qualifications & Skills:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
6-12 years experience managing mid-to-large scale luxury residential projects
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex timelines
Strong technical expertise in civil, finishing and MEP coordination
Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills
