The ideal candidate will have experience in premium residential construction, with a deep understanding of quality standards, safety protocols and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth execution as per approved drawings and project specifications Liaise with contractors, subcontractors and vendors to maintain workflow and quality control Monitor progress against project timelines and prepare daily/weekly site reports Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements Coordinate with design and project management teams to resolve technical/site issues promptly Inspect materials delivered to site to ensure compliance with specifications Qualifications & Skills: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering 4-8 years experience in high-end residential or luxury apartment projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes and MEP coordination Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural/structural drawings Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
As a Project Engineer , you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing all phases of our luxury residential developments. You will ensure seamless coordination between design, procurement, construction and client teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to world-class standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets and execution plans Coordinate between architects, consultants, contractors and internal teams Monitor project progress, manage risks and ensure timely problem resolution Oversee procurement of materials and ensure alignment with design and quality requirements Drive adherence to safety, quality and environmental standards across all phases Support client interactions, providing updates and addressing queries professionally Lead project handover process, ensuring all documentation and snag rectifications are complete Qualifications & Skills: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering 6-12 years experience managing mid-to-large scale luxury residential projects Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex timelines Strong technical expertise in civil, finishing and MEP coordination Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills Role & responsibilities
