Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 4-8 years (luxury residential/high-rise experience preferred) About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site execution for our luxury apartment projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in premium residential construction, with a deep understanding of quality standards, safety protocols and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth execution as per approved drawings and project specifications Liaise with contractors, subcontractors and vendors to maintain workflow and quality control Monitor progress against project timelines and prepare daily/weekly site reports Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements Coordinate with design and project management teams to resolve technical/site issues promptly Inspect materials delivered to site to ensure compliance with specifications Qualifications & Skills: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering 4-8 years experience in high-end residential or luxury apartment projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes and MEP coordination Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural/structural drawings Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
