Job Description

DESCRIPTION:

Layout Design and Planning: Develop detailed layout designs using Revit software. Prepare 3D renders using Lumion Software. Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers. Coordinate with construction teams to implement layouts on-site.
Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain layout drawings and design calculations. Keep documentation accurate and up to date.
Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections to verify layout accuracy. Implement quality control measures.
Budget and Resource Management: Assist in budget preparation and cost estimates. Manage resources for timely and cost-efficient layout tasks.
Client and Stakeholder Communication: Communicate layout designs and updates. Address client feedback and concerns.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure layout designs adhere to safety regulations. Promote a safe working environment.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on layout design trends and technologies. Identify and implement process improvements

REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Experience in layout design and project engineering.
Proficiency in CAD software, Revit, Lumion and other design software's.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of engineering standards and regulations.
Project management experience is a plus
