(LINCOLN) Position : Project Engineer Lubrication Management Reporting Manager : Manager - LECI Job Description: Key Purpose of the Job: To Carry out 3D Modelling and Engineering Drawings for LLS using SOLID WORKS. To Maintain Product Engineering Activities and drawing management for LLS LECI Bangalore Profile of job holder: • BE (Mechanical) with 3 to 4 years experience. • Should be able to read and understand Mechanical part and assembly drawings, Bill of materials (BOM), GD & T, Drawing Standards and Drawing templates. • Proficiency in working with AutoCAD drawings and Proficiency in solid works- Preparing 3D Models, exploded views and detailed Solid works / AutoCAD drawings from 2D drawings. • Knowledge in Material master data creation /edit, Bill of material (BOM) creation and /editing in SAP/ERP. • Knowledge on Engg change Management, Basics of hydraulic system, Basic Mechanical Design Calculations. • Good Knowledge on Manufacturing process, Heat treatment etc. • Proficient in using MS office tools (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.). • Good communication skills, well conversant with English. • Knowledge of Windchill, PLM/PDM and Release Management. Key responsibilities: • 2D to 3D Conversion and detailed drawings using SOLID WORKS and 2 D Drawing making in AutoCAD. • Sustenance Engineering / product Engg activities for LLS India and SAP Master data management. • Project document preparation for LLS PD/PE activities like component & assembly drawings, exploded views, presentations etc. on first time tight basis within the timeline. • Managing day to day activities in the project and co-ordinates with work package manager. • Responsible for Quality & schedule in project deliveries. • Quick learner & implement the learnings in the work. • Ability to work in teams. • Flexible to work in a dynamic environment, take challenges and stretch limits.
