We have openings for Project Engineer - Finishing in Inorbit Mall, Vadodara.

EXPERIENCE:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in execution of interiors works with reputed real estate developer / architects / firms.
• Should have preferably worked on designing interiors for high end premium residential / commercial projects, retail stores, shopping malls, 5 star hotels, high end restaurants etc.
• Should have experience in design and integration of architecture with services and interiors.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will be responsible for execution and monitoring of interiors work as per the drawings.
• Coordination with architects and consultants for MEP services & design layouts.
• On site coordination and supervision of interior works, fixture installations, civil works, carpentry, POP and fabrication works.

KEY SKILLS:

• Knowledge of latest market trends in fit outs, materials and technology essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop.
