EXPERIENCE: 4 to 8 years of experience in execution of interiors works with reputed real estate developer / architects / firms. Should have preferably worked on designing interiors for high end premium residential / commercial projects, retail stores, shopping malls, 5 star hotels, high end restaurants etc. Should have experience in design and integration of architecture with services and interiors. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be responsible for execution and monitoring of interiors work as per the drawings. Coordination with architects and consultants for MEP services & design layouts. On site coordination and supervision of interior works, fixture installations, civil works, carpentry, POP and fabrication works. KEY SKILLS: Knowledge of latest market trends in fit outs, materials and technology essential. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop. REPORTING TO: Project Manager
