Job Description

Assist in daily construction activities and monitor overall project progress.
Work alongside contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor site productivity, labor efficiency, and resource allocation.
Identify and report any on-site challenges to prevent delays.
Maintain site records, including work logs and manpower reports
Conduct quality control tests on materials and workmanship under guidance.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Assist the quality assurance team to implement corrective actions.
Maintain documentation of inspections and quality assessments.
Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately.
Ensure construction activities align with project designs and technical requirements.
Work closely with consultants to resolve design-related queries.
Maintain project documentation, including RFIs and change orders.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
Track and document changes in project scope, schedules, and budgets.
Assist in procurement planning and ensure timely material deliveries.
Verify material compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Assist in conducting accurate quantity measurements of materials and work progress.
Verify contractor billing against actual work completed.
Maintain records of measurements for audit and progress tracking.
Ensure compliance with BOQ (Bill of Quantities) specifications.
Ensure all construction activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct site safety audits and enforce safety measures among the workforce.
Work closely with the HSE team to address compliance issues.
Identify potential project risks and report them for mitigation strategies.
Address technical and operational issues that arise on-site.
Coordinate with the senior team to develop action plans for risk mitigat
