Job Description

Job role: To prepare standard Operation & Maintenance Manuals for disciplines as listed below utilising pre-defined templates and under in-house guidance: Condenser and Chilled Water Systems Close Control, VRF and DX Air Conditioning Systems LPHW and other heating systems Cold and Hot Water Services Drainage and Sanitation Systems Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems Sprinkler, Fire Fighting and Gaseous Fire Protection Systems To schedule the necessary supporting information, (manufacturers literature, test data and drawings) Prepare other technical documentation to client specific requirements Liaise directly with UK Project Managers for clarification and provision of information and modification of technical content. This will include preparing reports, requests for information and detailing information shortfalls Using the internet to gather additional information for inclusion in the documentation.
