Job role: To prepare standard Operation & Maintenance Manuals for disciplines as listed below utilising pre-defined templates and under in-house guidance: Condenser and Chilled Water Systems Close Control, VRF and DX Air Conditioning Systems LPHW and other heating systems Cold and Hot Water Services Drainage and Sanitation Systems Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems Sprinkler, Fire Fighting and Gaseous Fire Protection Systems To schedule the necessary supporting information, (manufacturers literature, test data and drawings) Prepare other technical documentation to client specific requirements Liaise directly with UK Project Managers for clarification and provision of information and modification of technical content. This will include preparing reports, requests for information and detailing information shortfalls Using the internet to gather additional information for inclusion in the documentation.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Artist with proven expertise in 3Ds Max and V-Ray to create high-quality, photorealistic 3D models and renderings. The ideal candidate will have experience working on international projects and with global development teams, particularly in the architecture or real estate space. Youll be responsible for bringing design concepts to life through compelling visuals that support client presentations, marketing materials, and virtual walkthroughs. Key Responsibilities: Create accurate and detailed 3D models based on CAD files, sketches, and design briefs Develop realistic textures, lighting setups, and materials using V-Ray and other plugins Produce high-quality still renders, animations, and 360 panoramas as needed Optimize scenes for performance without compromising visual quality Make revisions based on client feedback and deliver within timelines Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and tools Requirements: 2–5 years of hands-on experience with 3Ds Max and V-Ray Strong portfolio showcasing architectural visualization or product rendering Familiarity with AutoCAD, Photoshop , and other design tools Understanding of composition, lighting, color, and materials Prior experience working with international developers or studios Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively in English
