1.Participate in the Project Planning process - Coordinate staff, contractors, and materials to meet scheduled milestones on projects.
2. Supervise internal staff and monitor subcontractors to ensure safety and technical specifications are met.3. Make sure projects are completed on time and on budget.4. Facilitate the purchase and delivery of Monitor inventory and supplies.5. Gather and analyze data to make cost and schedule estimates.
Candidate profile:
Diploma/B Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 2 years’ experience in end to end Project/site supervision of residential or commercial building.Must be strong self-starters and have a growing knowledge of the building laws and regulations.Should be willing to travel between projects and should have good communication skills.Must have two wheeler.
