Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and EMS (Energy Management Systems). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, implementing, and maintaining SCADA/EMS solutions, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations across power systems and control environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain SCADA and EMS systems for industrial and utility projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end project solutions within defined timelines.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system reliability and uptime.
• Develop and review functional design specifications, test plans, and project documentation.
• Manage project lifecycle phases — requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support.
• Conduct system upgrades, performance tuning, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Support field engineers and provide technical guidance during installation and commissioning.

      Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SCADA and EMS systems (e.g., Siemens, GE, ABB, Schneider, or similar platforms).
• Proficiency in RTU/PLC configuration, HMI development, and communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-101/104).
• Experience in real-time data acquisition, system integration, and control center applications.
• Knowledge of power systems, grid automation, and network management systems.
• Familiarity with SQL databases, scripting (Python, VB, or Shell), and Windows/Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, cybersecurity for SCADA, and data visualization tools.
