The role demands a strong mix of technical expertise, strategic management, and creative problem-solving to deliver high-rise residential/commercial projects and premium hospitality developments such as resorts, luxury villas, and boutique hotels

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide strategic leadership, direction, and operational oversight for multiple high-value projects.
• Plan and manage budgets, schedules, resources, and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations.
• Lead client meetings, maintain strong relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Oversee structural, architectural, and MEP coordination for design-intensive projects.
• Drive innovation, sustainability practices, and process improvements for business growth.
