• Define and implement project management frameworks and PMO standards

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs

• Align projects with business strategy and organizational goals

• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
• 예산, 자원 및 일정 효율적 관리
• Lead and mentor project managers and cross-functional teams
• 프로젝트 매니저 및 부서 간 팀 리딩 및 멘토링
• Report progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
• 경영진에게 진행 상황, 리스크 및 성과 보고

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management
• 프로젝트/프로그램 관리 경력 10년 이상
• Proven leadership in PMO or project governance roles
• PMO 또는 프로젝트 거버넌스 분야 리더십 경험
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• 프로젝트 관리 방법론(애자일, 워터폴, 하이브리드) 이해
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• 뛰어난 이해관계자 관리 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
• PMP, PRINCE2 등 자격증 우대
• English proficiency required for global projects
