Project / Delivery Manager

You will be working for CloudFiles, a leading Document Management app for Salesforce, based in Bangalore. As a Salesforce Project/Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience by driving product adoption and providing impactful technical support. Key Responsibilities: - Be the primary contact for support queries from key accounts and manage ongoing customer implementations as a project manager. - Maintain smooth communication with clients, providing regular project updates. - Ensure end-to-end delivery of projects, focusing on timelines, quality, and client satisfaction. - Collaborate with solution engineering and development teams to facilitate project progress. - Address technical challenges, work closely with customers and internal teams to provide effective solutions. - Supervise Salesforce-based implementations and coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and support. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 4 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in project management for SaaS companies. - Previous 2 years of coding experience. - Strong preference for experience with Salesforce. - Startup background is advantageous. - Excellent problem-solving abilities for handling technical challenges. - Effective communication and leadership skills.
