As a Project Coordinator (Mechanical Engineer) at Trouvay & Cauvin's back-end operations partner in India, Team Global Consultancy Services (TGCS), based in Kochi, India, your role is crucial in supporting the Project Coordination Manager in executing and monitoring project orders efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing project planning and scheduling to ensure all projects are planned effectively and scheduled promptly to meet deadlines. - Handling project documentation according to client requirements, creating and maintaining all necessary project documentation accurately and ensuring it is readily available. - Providing detailed project reports as per the client's requirements, offering regular updates on the project's progress and status. You will serve as the point of contact for customers and suppliers in the post-order stage, taking the lead in processing orders. Working closely with Administrators and the Quality Control department, you will ensure the approval of documents and timely submission of final dossiers. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining files for allocated orders, ensuring all necessary information is available, and generating/providing reports as per contract, specifications, or internal requirements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, preferably mechanical engineering, with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position and industry. - Knowledge of Sales/Commerce/Trading principles. - Understanding of MTCs, certification and test reports, with the ability to review them for correctness. - Basic understanding of international standards such as API, ASTM, EN, etc., would be beneficial. - Familiarity with Quality Management practices and processes per ISO9001, ISO18001 & ISO45001 is highly advantageous. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a drive to succeed. - Interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation. - Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. - Willingness to work in a flexible schedule if required by workload.
