As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate screening. Your responsibilities will include conducting initial interviews, assisting in employee onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records in compliance with company policies. You will also be the point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Collaboration with senior HR staff to develop effective recruitment strategies and participation in employee engagement initiatives will be key aspects of your role. You will assist in organizing training sessions, compiling and analyzing workforce data for HR analytics, and contributing to the development and execution of HR policies. Promoting a positive workplace culture aligned with company values and documenting ongoing HR projects will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. While experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, it is not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, are essential. Basic knowledge of labor laws, HR regulations, and HR software/tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, is required. Your exceptional organizational and time management abilities, along with detail-oriented and analytical skills, will be beneficial in handling HR projects effectively. A positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment are essential. Maintaining confidentiality, proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus), problem-solving skills, and a customer-service orientation will also contribute to your success in this role. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities, coupled with a strong sense of team collaboration, will be key attributes to excel as an HR Assistant.,
