About the Role

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist Project Managers in

    planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including R&D, Engineering, Production, Purchase, Quality, and Stores, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, updating stakeholders on progress.
  • Prepare and maintain

    project documentation,

    including reports, minutes of meetings, risk registers, and compliance records.
  • Support in managing procurement schedules, vendor coordination, and material follow-ups.
  • Ensure adherence to

    AS9100 / defense industry quality standards

    and regulatory requirements.
  • Highlight project risks, delays, or resource constraints and assist in resolution.
  • Organize review meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Prepare

    MIS reports, dashboards, and project status updates

    for management.
