We are hiring experienced Project Coordinators to manage and coordinate large-scale residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in civil engineering and construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering high-value residential projects on time and within budget.
Oversee end-to-end project coordination including planning, execution, and monitoring of residential construction projects.
Act as a liaison between project stakeholders including architects, consultants, contractors, and clients. Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones. Prepare and manage budgets, cost control measures, and resource planning. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory standards across all project stages. Resolve site-level issues by coordinating with internal and external teams. Prepare periodic project status reports and present updates to senior management.
