Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage real estate projects across the US market, ensuring timely execution and quality standards.
  
• Act as a point of contact between US clients and internal teams in India.
  
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using project management tools.
  
• Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and status dashboards.
  
• Collaborate with sales, legal, operations, and property management teams to ensure project alignment.
  
• Conduct market research and support data collection for property listings, valuations, and analysis.
  
• Schedule and lead project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
  
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 to 7 years

  of experience in project coordination, preferably in

  US Real Estate

  or a related domain.
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

  must be fluent in English.
• Strong understanding of real estate terminology, processes, and documentation related to the US market.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
  
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  
• Experience working with US clients or in a cross-functional, global team environment is preferred.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with US real estate software platforms (e.g., Zillow, MLS, CoStar, Yardi) is an advantage.
