Role Overview:
We are seeking a capable and socially committed Project Coordinator to lead and manage operations of our government project center in Aligarh. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a passion for community development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations of the project center
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure smooth team collaboration
• Monitor performance and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain operational excellence
• Foster a cooperative and inclusive work environment
• Uphold high standards of integrity, transparency, and professionalism
• Engage with local communities and stakeholders to promote social impact
• Develop and implement strategic plans for center growth and sustainability

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong leadership, delegation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate tasks efficiently

• Experience in managing government or social sector projects is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
