Job Description

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the planning of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) in collaboration with project teams and business stakeholders.
Monitor and document test cases, defects, and resolution progress through structured logs.
Develop and uphold cutover checklists, timelines, and stakeholder sign-off trackers.
Assist in the preparation of stage gate documentation, ensuring timely completion of approvals.
Organize regular status meetings, distribute action item lists, and manage follow-ups on dependencies.
Maintain centralized documentation, schedules, and RAID logs to support delivery teams effectively.

Required Experience and Skills:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination within IT or transformation programs.
Direct involvement in UAT or SIT cycles, including tracking of test execution.
Familiarity with cutover planning activities in ERP or system rollout environments.
Proficiency in Excel and project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
