Job Description

Job Details for Project Co-Ordinator

Duties & Responsibilities:

Communication skills.
Organizing project scheduled
Ensure project deadlines are met
Serve as a point of contact for client support and complaints
Conduct market research, identify target industries, and develop a sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
Build and maintain customer relationships:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in customer organizations.
Work with other departments to resolve client issues in a timely manner
Proactively gather and utilize client feedback and suggestions
Contribute to the development of future client support processes
Communicate effectively with peers and managers
Work with IT and Sales teams to resolve client issues

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE or B.Tech is plus)
MBA Optional
No Education Gap in academics
Fluent English Communication is must (School education - Convent preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong client service skills
Basic understanding about Reliability & Maintenance is Plus
Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience- 2-5 years

Shift Timings 12:30PM-9:30 PM (IST) 5 Days a week

This is Work From Office opportunity. (No Work From Home)
