About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Female Project Coordinator (Fresher) to support our project management and operations team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to build a career in project coordination, client handling, and team communication.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager in day-to-day coordination and project tasks.
Communicate with clients, gather requirements, and share updates.
Prepare project reports, meeting notes, and documentation.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, HR, operations).
Schedule meetings, maintain project calendars, and ensure task completion.
Escalate issues or delays to the Senior Team when needed.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure smooth project workflow.
Support project planning, resource allocation, and basic analysis.

Requirements

Female candidates only.
Freshers (0–1 year experience welcome).
Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BE, BSc, BA, MBA fresher also accepted).
Strong communication skills (English & Tamil).
Good coordination, time management, and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional attitude and willingness to lear

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
