Job Title : Project Coordinator Reporting To : Manager - Purchase Department : Purchase Location : Valasaravakkam, Chennai Employment Type : Full-time Job Summary : We are looking for Fresher / experienced candidate in Civil Engineering and interior projects and capable of handling all kind of construction projects. 1. Candidate should have (0 to 3 years) experience and should be well versed with execution, project planning, QC, resource planning, sub contractor handling. 2. Team Management Skill 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities : Project Planning and Scheduling Assist in developing detailed project plans and timelines Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables Coordinate with teams to ensure schedules are followed Monitoring and Tracking Progress Track project milestones and deliverables Maintain and update project documentation and status reports Communication and Coordination Serve as a point of contact between project team members and stakeholders Organize and facilitate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items Documentation and Reporting Prepare progress reports, presentations, and summaries for leadership Resource and Task Management Coordinate availability and assignment of resources (people, tools, materials) Assist in managing budgets, invoices, and vendor contracts Help with procurement and logistics Risk and Issue Management Identify project risks and assist in mitigation planning Track and escalate issues as needed to the project manager Qualifications : Essential Skills : Organizational skills Time Management Project Management Tools Proficiency Communication Skills Team Collaboration Reporting and Documentation Budgeting and Resource Allocation (Basic Understanding) To Apply : Interested candidates can send their resumes to [email protected] Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Food provided Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Experience: total work: 7 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
