Required Skills & Qualificatons:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project documentation and planning.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience handling customer interactions, meetings, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, manage, and maintain all project-related documentation in compliance with
company and client standards.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure timely completion of project
milestones.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and updates.
Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and interactions to provide project updates and gather requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely communication between internal stakeholders and customers.
Support project manager in tracking progress against timelines and deliverables.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other necessary documentation for both internal and external use.
Assist in audits and compliance activities; familiarity with IRIS standards is a plus.
Understand basic technical aspects of Rail HVAC systems to better align with customer and projects need
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
