Job Description

The Project Coordinator supports project managers in planning, executing, and tracking projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. This role focuses on maintaining project schedules, coordinating teams, and handling documentation across various project sites. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules. Monitor project progress and highlight delays or risks. Maintain accurate project documentation (plans, reports, meeting notes, etc.). Coordinate communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders. Support resource planning and ensure availability as per project needs. Track budgets and expenses in coordination with finance teams. Help implement change requests and update project records. Prepare regular project updates and status reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in project coordination or planning. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Willingness to travel across project sites (Chennai, Bangalore, Kochi, Vijayawada, etc.). Good communication and teamwork abilities.
