Project Coordinator

Role Overview: As a valuable member of our Customer Success team at ParallelDots, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth plans by providing exceptional customer service. You will be at the forefront of building and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring the successful delivery of all client projects. This role will require collaboration across various verticals such as sales, product, engineering, data science, and data ops to deliver complex AI projects and foster strong client relationships. Your contribution will be instrumental in driving the company towards its next stages of growth. Key Responsibilities: - Execute end-to-end onboarding of clients onto the ParallelDots platform. - Handle all change management requests from clients. - Deliver all client requirements throughout the project duration. - Assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in delivering ROI to clients. - Support CSMs in optimizing project operations for efficiency. - Ensure high quality in the processed data. - Maintain reliability and integrity in the data reported to clients. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in using intermediate Excel with exposure to advanced Excel being preferred. - Experience in working with large datasets will be advantageous. - Prior experience in challenging work environments such as startups will be beneficial. - Demonstrate diligence and sincerity in meeting client deliverables punctually. - Possess effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams efficiently.,
