Job Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Kochi, MG Road
Company: M -Trans Digital Private Ltd
Experience: Fresher/Experienced

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and scheduling project activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for project updates.
Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, and trackers.
Monitor project progress and escalate delays to the manager.
Ensure all project materials and resources are available on time.
Support in preparing project proposals, presentations, and timelines.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to the project.
Maintain communication logs, minutes of meetings, and follow-up actions.
Ensure adherence to project guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of project management tools (preferred).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering/Management preferred).
0–2 years of experience in project coordination (freshers with strong skills can also apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
