Project Coordinator

You will be working as a Project Coordinator in the Professional Services department at Ideagen's office in Hyderabad, India. Your role will involve delivering small PS engagements (typically up to 15k of PS value) following pre-defined methodologies to ensure successful and standardized delivery for customers. You may also assist a Project Manager on larger engagements by handling administrative tasks, tracking progress, managing team communication, and resources effectively. Responsibilities: - Deliver small PS projects (typically up to 15k) following predefined plans - Track project progress and resolve any issues that may arise - Monitor hours spent on projects vs hours sold - Assign resources to projects and facilitate team communication with stakeholders - Prepare presentations, reports, and manage document control and versioning Skills And Experience: - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in project management software - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ideagen is a global company that plays a crucial role in various industries, ensuring safety and quality in our everyday lives.
