As a Software and Mobile App Developer Support Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in coordinating projects with clients and developers. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing high-quality software and mobile app development support to end business clients. - Demonstrating a good understanding of mobile app development solutions and products. - Utilizing integration knowledge with API and identifying logs. - Overseeing the team and ensuring closure for pending tasks. - Taking full responsibility for the project. - Managing support tickets effectively and communicating fluently in English. - Coordinating with the internal team for issue resolution, bug identification, assignment, and customer coordination.
