* Manages all projects on time and on or under budget, attend project meetings and maintain thorough notes, including documentation of client/project requests/revisions and key project decisions.
* Coordinating with the sales, purchase and delivery team for the materials related queries.
* Dealing with clients/Architects questions and doubts,
* Coordinating with the accounts regarding the payments
* Finishing the project on time with in the budget and on time.
*The Project Manager is responsible for the overall project profitability, execution, completion of the project.
*Establishes proper communication protocols throughout the lifecycle of the project.
* Ensure Customer satisfaction
