• Proven Project Coordinator with extensive project planning experience
• Excellent client facing skills
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills
• IAM experience (preferred)

Role Overview:

The Project Coordinator will support the successful execution of a critical project kickoff by managing timelines, resources, and communication across stakeholders. This role ensures smooth onboarding and coordination of project activities, acting as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Track progress and report status updates to project leadership.
• Manage documentation, including project plans, budgets, and compliance requirements.
• Liaise between cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain alignment.
• Support onboarding processes and ensure readiness for project launch.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in coordinating projects within [industry/domain if known].

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in project coordination or PMO support.
• Familiarity with compliance and background check processes.
