Project Coordinator Commercial (Interior Fitouts/Audits)

As a Project Coordinator in the Commercial (Interior Fitouts/Audits) role at Surescout.in, your main role will be to oversee commercial interior fitouts and audits for food service outlets. You will coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are executed timely, maintain quality standards, and comply with safety and audit requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and manage end-to-end activities for interior fitouts of new and existing outlets. - Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution in line with business objectives. - Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. - Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design, quality, safety, and statutory standards. - Maintain documentation of contracts, project reports, audit findings, and approvals. - Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues for resolution. - Support cost control and ensure adherence to allocated project budgets. - Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, and Procurement) for project requirements. - Ensure all project and audit activities follow industry regulations and company guidelines. **Key Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or Project Management. - 5-7 years of experience in project coordination/fitouts preferably in the food service, hospitality, or retail industry. - Strong knowledge of commercial interior fitouts, MEP services, and compliance audits. - Hands-on experience in vendor management, site coordination, and cost monitoring. - Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. - Ability to handle multiple projects and travel to site locations when required.
