Experience working in IT field. Coordinate tasks between various teams. Project coordination with strong organizational skills Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project Create plans to address clients’ business needs Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied · Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate · Provide client support and handle client communications effectively · Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately. Qualifications Exceptional communication skills - both written and oral, problem solving skills, and attention to detail Ability to prioritize and multi-task Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred)
