Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Track project progress and update project documentation and status reports. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes. Manage project-related communications and distribute relevant information to team members. Identify potential risks and assist in mitigation planning. Maintain project files and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Facilitate problem-solving and escalate issues when necessary. Support procurement and contract management activities. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field. 14 years of experience in project coordination or project management support. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
