Job Description

We are seeking a candidate to play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events. You will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the event planning process, from initial concept development to post-event evaluation. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication abilities, and a passion to work into events

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and objectives to ensure the successful execution of their events.
  • Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors, including venues, caterers, decorators, and entertainment providers, to secure the necessary services and resources for each event.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee logistical aspects of events, such as transportation, accommodations, audiovisual equipment, and signage, to ensure seamless execution on the day of the event.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, ensuring the smooth operation of events and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage event budgets effectively, tracking expenses, controlling costs, and providing regular financial reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all aspects of event planning and execution, striving to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of events, soliciting feedback from clients, attendees, and team members to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned for future events.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management to continuously enhance our services and offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in event planning and project management, with a minimum of 1 years in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Leadership abilities, including the capacity to motivate and inspire a team to achieve collective goals.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Should have a valid passport

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,004.67 - ₹46,194.97 per month
