Vendor Project Coordinator

Location : Thane/Remote( For the right candiate )

Timings : 8.30pm to 4.30am M-F

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain partner accounts, profiles, and compliance requirements across Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, and other OEM portals.
• Track partner-level status, specializations, certifications, and renewal deadlines.
• Manage deal registrations, ensuring timely submission, approval, and alignment with vendor rules of engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date vendor agreements, NDAs, compliance documentation, and program-related materials.

Sales & Operations Support

• Support the sales team by navigating OEM portals for pricing, promotions, incentives, BOM configuration, and quoting tools (e.g., Cisco CCW, Palo Alto ASCENT, Fortinet Partner Portal).
• Monitor and coordinate MDF (Marketing Development Funds) activities, submissions, claims, and reporting.
• Communicate vendor updates, program changes, new promotions, and certification requirements to internal teams.
• Assist with RFP/RFQ processes by ensuring accurate vendor information, registrations, and eligibility.

Administrative & Data Management

• Maintain accurate vendor records, contacts, contracts, and program documentation.
• Track and report on deal registration pipeline, partner-level compliance, MDF status, and certification progress.
• Support onboarding of new vendors and maintain documentation for audits and renewals.
• Coordinate with finance/AP for vendor invoice resolution, rebate tracking, and incentive payments.

Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and vendor channel account managers.
• Maintain strong working relationships with Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Dell, Microsoft etc. and other partner account teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Schedule quarterly business reviews (QBRs), enablement sessions, and training updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in vendor management, channel operations, distribution, or IT procurement (required).
• Familiarity with Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, or other cybersecurity/networking partner programs (strong plus).
• Experience using OEM partner portals and quoting tools (Cisco CCW, Palo ASCENT, Fortinet Partner Portal).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors, deadlines, and program requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and VMS/ERP systems.
