Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will support project planning, execution, and delivery by coordinating between teams, maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage day-to-day web development projects (WordPress, Frontend & Backend).
Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
Bridge the gap between clients and technical teams, translating client requirements into actionable tasks.
Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Prepare and share project documentation, reports, and updates.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Handle minor website updates and testing tasks when required.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong client-handling and coordination abilities (international exposure preferred).
Basic understanding of web technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress (themes & plugins).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic team environment.
