Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor site activities and project progress
  • Manage

    client communication

    and ensure timely updates
  • Prepare and verify

    billing, invoices, and project documentation

  • Support

    project planning, execution, and reporting

  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain project records and ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements:

  • Graduate in B. Tech (Civil) or related field
  • 35 years of experience in

    project coordination (preferably in the water sector)

  • Strong knowledge of

    billing, invoicing, and site management

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and MS Office skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
