Job Description

The Project Coordinator in the AI & Robotics Lab will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate project activities, manage vendor relationships, handle procurement processes, and facilitate communication among schools, sales team, and technical teams. This role requires a blend of educational insight, technical understanding, and project management skills. Responsibilities include coordinating and supporting AI & Robotics lab programs across partner schools and institutions, collaborating with educators and trainers for planning, implementing, and evaluating STEM activities and projects. The Project Coordinator will manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation, ensuring availability and maintenance of lab resources including hardware and software platforms. Coordination with vendors for procurement of lab equipment and supplies, managing purchase orders, collecting quotations, and overseeing timely delivery is also part of the responsibilities. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will handle bill creation, invoice verification, and ensure documentation completeness for accounts processing. Tracking performance metrics, generating regular progress reports, effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, and assisting in workshops, demos, and teacher/student training sessions are important aspects of the role. Qualifications and Skills Required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education Technology, or related field, with 2+ years of experience in project coordination or educational program management. Familiarity with AI, robotics platforms (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO Mindstorms, etc.), and programming languages (Python, C++, Scratch) is essential. Experience in procurement coordination, vendor management, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Preferred qualifications include experience working with K12 or higher education STEM programs, project management certification, and a passion for education, innovation, and emerging technologies. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid time off and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and proficiency in English is preferred.
