Project Coordination & Business-Technology Interface

As an Intern in Business & Technology Project Coordination, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with various teams to manage ongoing projects effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in tracking and monitoring ongoing tasks and deliverables across technical teams. - Learning and understanding key technical concepts in domains such as Backend, Frontend, UI/UX, and QA to identify dependencies and challenges. - Helping interpret project and client requirements and communicating them effectively to the relevant teams. - Learning to plan, structure, and manage sprints using Azure DevOps, gaining familiarity with its tools, workflows, and reporting systems. - Supporting in evaluating project progress, identifying areas of improvement, and suggesting ways to enhance outcomes. - Preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, and coordination sheets to ensure smooth execution. - Conducting research and preparing R&D-based documents on tools or methods relevant to project goals. - Gaining hands-on understanding of project ownership and agile project management principles. Qualifications required for this role: - Strong analytical and organisational skills, with a keen interest in both business and technology. - Ability or keen interest in learning project management tools (preferably Azure DevOps) and agile methodologies. - Eagerness to learn about software development processes and teamwork in a technical environment. - Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to coordinate effectively across diverse teams. - Proactive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and adaptability in a dynamic work setting.
